At Hushlands, we know how important it is for parents to receive their orders quickly and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your baby essentials.
📦 Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the time of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
🚚 Delivery Times
We aim to deliver all orders within 2–5 working days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the specific product ordered.
- Major Cities: 2–4 working days
- Outlying Areas: 3–5 working days
🌍 Shipping Locations
We currently deliver within South Africa only. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the near future.
💰 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your delivery address and the size/weight of the order.
In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply, keep an eye on our homepage or Instagram for updates!
📦 Multiple Shipments
As we work with a few trusted suppliers, some items in your order may arrive separately. Don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking for each part of the shipment.
🛑 Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Hushlands is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to input errors.
If your package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
