Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Please note: returns must first be approved. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. A return shipping label can be provided upon request, and the cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
